A lovely batch of mail

Yesterday was my last paper and that paper marked the end of my first semester in Foundation in Science. It had been a really crazy semester, with tonnes of assignments and presentations that I had to do. Can't believe that all those are officially over...Well, only for now... And I am of course back to writing letters and blogging about the mail that I received and am about to send.
I have received a lot of mail for my wonderful penpals from all over the world. Thanks everyone! I'm writing all the replies now and will try to mail them as soon as I can.

What I had received...
A letter from Vanessa, my new penpal from Germany. She had included two tea bags and a postcard featuring Aachen, the place where she's currently staying. The tea bags smell really nice and I can't wait to try them out someday.
Penpal letter from Germany
Tea bags and a postcard
The next mail comes from Misty Davis. She sent me a nice card and a few pages taken from an old book. Thank you so much Misty! I can use them to do  my craft and art.
Nice flower and purplish pink envelope!
A lovely card and useful art supplies
My second letter from Eva! She sent me this beautiful envelope and she used the letter writing paper with pretty red indians design at the back of the page. She also enclosed a beautiful postcard showing Peniscola. Beautiful scenery! Thanks Eva!
Pink envelope
Nice stationery and postcard
Lizzie sent me this large package. She sent me lots of pretty envelopes, three beautiful postcards, a chocolate bar and some yummy candies! Yum..yum.. I haven't tried the chocolate yet but I had tried the gummy candies and I love it! Thanks Liz!
Envelopes, snacks and postcards
Next, a surprise package from Lou! I was still in college when this parcel arrived. Mummy called and told me about it and I was really excited. I waited for 2 weeks before I got to peep what's in the box. This is my first Christmas present and a rather early one too. Too bad, I missed out the chance of sending out Christmas present to my penpals. I don't think my presents will reach them before X'mas if I send them now. *sighed* Anyway, thanks a million Lou, you really make my day! And can't wait to open the other 2 packets on Christmas Day! :)
What do you think is inside? I'm not telling you... :P
Postcard sent by Aleksandra from Slovenia. My first card from Slovenia and a new country that can be listed on my project list!
Awesome postcard
My fourth card from Fabienne! Beautiful flowers!
Showers of flowers, flowers and more flowers...
A recent swap with Kate. I requested for this Simpsons postcard and it is really cute! I love The Simpsons! And Kate used a Homer Simpsons stamp! That is my second Simpsons stamp that I received this year! Now that I have Homer and Lisa Simpsons stamps, I only need Bart, Marge and Maggie Simpsons stamp to complete my collection of The Simpsons stamps. :)
How comical does this looks like?
This pleasant surprise was sent by Heleen from the Netherlands. I was very surprised when I received this mail. Heleen does the most amazing mail art and I like how she designed the envelope. How adorable! I like the Snoopy stamp she used, it's so cute. In the envelope is a postcard from the Netherlands. This marks the 18th country for my project! Thank you so much Heleen!
Cute envelope design
I like the postcard !
